Eligibility for Returns:

Timeframe: You can request a return or exchange within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or altered garments are also ineligible.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

Log into your account: Login and go to returns and exchange option in the menu bar.

Raise a request: Get in touch with our executives, fill in the required details, including the reason for the return or exchange.

Pick-up: Once the request is approved, we will arrange a pick-up from your address. Please ensure the product is securely packed for collection.

Refund Process:

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI) or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Processing Time: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 1-3 working days.

Shipping Charges: Please note ₹100 reverse shipment charges are applicable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, or style, simply follow the same steps as for returns. Once the original item is received, we will dispatch the new item to you.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the product requested for exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing our support team at contact.chandnithreads@gmail.com with images of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
